Prior to establishing Bury Street Capital, Robert was the Chief Investment Officer of Asymmetric Capital Management, a global convertible bond hedge fund manager. Asymmetric was a joint venture between Robert and Jefferies & Company, a New York Stock Exchange-listed Global Investment Bank.

Prior to Asymmetric, Robert was Chief Executive of Pavilion Asset Management, a fund management company owned by Seymour Pierce Group plc. Before Pavilion, Robert was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he ran their International Equity Linked sales and research business, and Bankers Trust, where he set up and ran their European Distressed Debt trading business. He originally trained as an equity portfolio manager.

He graduated from Portsmouth Polytechnic with a first class honours degree in Business Studies.

Jens Henrik joined Bury Street Capital in September 2021 as a Senior Marketer. Prior to joining Bury Street, he spent 20 years in various roles all related to alternative investments, acting as an advisor, limited partner, and general partner, where he was responsible for both investing and capital raising. Most recently Jens Henrik was a Partner at Advantage Investment Partners and before then worked at AP Moller Holding, I Squared Capital, PKA, and Bain & Co.

Jens Henrik holds an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and an MBA from INSEAD

Jordan joined Bury Street as the CFO/COO in October 2020 from Macquarie where he was a director for 5 years in their Green Investment Group, focusing on renewable energy transactions.

Prior to that, he was a partner at BlueBay Asset Management, the credit specialist fund manager, for 8 years building out and running the Finance team.

Jordan has a first-class honours degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Bristol University.

Olivia joined Bury Street Capital in October 2025 and has 10 years of experience working with financial institutions in the UK, including Brigade Capital Management and Chenavari Financial Group

Olivia is a fluent French speaker.
